Trachea surgery complications
Cooper was taken into surgery early this morning. There was an opening in the surgeon's schedule. While attempting to trach him, a soft area in his trachea was ruptured. They have placed a balloon and a vent tube in and administered paralytic drugs. A Dr. Jagar has been called in. It may be a long as three days before a repair can be attempted. Brooks is traveling to Emily.
